Any requests for returns or exchanges must be made by email within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. No exceptions will be honored. If approved, the client will receive a return authorization number by email. This number should be retained for all eventual correspondence regarding the return. No returns will be accepted without the approval number. Any unapproved returns will be immediately shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Linda Derector reserves the right to refuse reimbursements or exchanges for frames it deems damaged by the fault of the customer, not returned in their original mint condition, or within its optical case. Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges shall be borne solely by the customer, and shall not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
